ᴀ ɴɪɴᴊᴀ ɪꜱ ᴘᴀᴛɪᴇɴᴛ. ᴀ ɴɪɴᴊᴀ ᴘʀᴀᴄᴛɪᴄᴇꜱ.

Have you ever listened to: Die Antwoord, Enter the Ninja? "I'm a ninja, yo. My life is like a video game. My style in UFO. Totally unknown."

So, we all have weapons we wield for the battles we face. Problem is, most of us have turned our weapons upon ourselves. F*cking lame: but, we do it. And, as a result we stand armored against the ones we want to be closest to. That, and/or we are lashing out in excess; not picking our battles wisely.

We have to lay down our weapons (words, emotions, actions) and remember how they are wielded: masterfully, artfully, intentionally.

Our weapons are our protection, to be used skillfully: for survival. We know this. It is: instinctive, intuitive, innate. Aaand yet, ʜᴇʀᴇ•ᴡᴇ•ᴀʀᴇ. wasting our ammo, our energy, our f*cks.

Wielding none f*cks isn't about being f*ck-less. It's an art form of giving a f*ck: when, where and why a f*ck is essential. This is not a simple task. It's a choice point. An invitation. Like any art form, our skill is rendered useless if we do not: exercise, train, utilize, practice. We have to be patient. We have to practice.

A ninja knows the enemy's strengths and weaknesses, and can refrain from engaging in combat, while still battling an opponent.

A ninja knows self as the enemy, as the opponent.

A ninja is patient. A ninja practices.

If you could release a single f*ck, what would it be? How do you think that one f*ck is impacting your life? Can you imagine your life where that f*ck is: null, void, deleted, transmuted, transformed? How can you benefit from cultivating your ninja and limiting your f*cks given?

Envision yourself as the d o j o.

Every-thing you do inside, matters.
